Hart Soirées, operated by Connected Circles LLC, is a curated event series focused on creating intentional, respectful, and high quality social experiences. Our mission is to bring together individuals who value consent, communication, and positive energy in both large scale events and smaller, more intimate gatherings. Through careful vetting and community standards, we aim to foster an environment where attendees feel safe, respected, and free to express themselves within clearly defined boundaries.

By attending any Hart Soirées event or participating in any affiliated membership program, you acknowledge that these events are social gatherings intended for adults and may involve mature themes, environments, and interactions. Participation is voluntary, and all attendees are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and well-being. Connected Circles LLC makes no guarantees regarding interactions between attendees and is not responsible for the behavior of any individual participant.

Liability Waiver
Liability Waiver and Release of Claims Organizer: Connected Circles LLC dba Hart Soirees This Liability Waiver and Release of Claims ("Waiver") is entered into by the ticket holder or participant ("Participant") in favor of Connected Circles LLC dba Hart Soirees, its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, and affiliated entities (collectively, the "Organizer") as a condition of attending any event hosted by the Organizer ("Event"). 1. Acknowledgment of Risk The Participant acknowledges that attendance at and participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness (including sexually transmitted infections), emotional distress, property damage, and other potential hazards. The Participant understands that the Event may involve adult-oriented environments and interactions and voluntarily chooses to participate with full knowledge and understanding of these risks. 2. Assumption of Risk The Participant knowingly and voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risks of injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from participation in the Event, whether caused by their own actions, the actions of others, the condition of the venue, or otherwise, including risks that may arise from the negligence of the Organizer to the fullest extent permitted by law. 3. Voluntary Participation and Consent The Participant acknowledges that all interactions at the Event are voluntary and based on mutual consent. The Organizer does not monitor, control, or assume responsibility for the behavior or interactions of participants. The Participant agrees they are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and boundaries at all times. 4. Release and Waiver of Liability In consideration of being permitted to attend the Event, the Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Organizer from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to participation in the Event, including those arising from the negligence of the Organizer, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 5. Indemnification The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the Participant’s attendance or participation in the Event, including claims brought by third parties. 6. Health, Safety, and Conduct The Participant agrees to follow all Event rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the Organizer. The Participant acknowledges responsibility for their own health and safety decisions, including the use of protection and respecting personal boundaries. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund. 7. No Duty to Supervise The Participant acknowledges that the Organizer does not provide supervision of attendees and is not responsible for monitoring or controlling participant behavior. The Organizer is not liable for the actions, conduct, or behavior of other attendees. 8. Environment and Substances The Participant acknowledges that the Event environment may include alcohol consumption and other adult-oriented activities and assumes all risks associated with such environments, whether or not such substances are provided by the Organizer. 9. Medical Treatment The Participant consents to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Event and agrees to be solely responsible for all costs associated with such treatment. 10. Age Requirement The Participant represents and warrants that they are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to attend the Event. 11. Confidentiality and Privacy The Participant agrees to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all attendees and not disclose any personal or sensitive information obtained at the Event without consent. 12. No Guarantees The Organizer makes no guarantees regarding the safety, experience, or outcomes of participation in the Event. The Participant acknowledges that they are attending at their own risk. 13. Governing Law This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. 14. Severability If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 15. Acknowledgment of Understanding By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, the Participant acknowledges that they have read and understand this Waiver, and agree to its terms voluntarily and without inducement, intending to be legally bound to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Organization Rules
All attendees agree to the following: Consent is mandatory in all interactions; no means no, and silence is not consent Respect all personal boundaries without question or pressure No harassment, aggressive behavior, or unwanted advances Follow all event specific guidelines and instructions from hosts or staff No photography or video unless explicitly permitted Maintain discretion and respect the privacy of all attendees Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund and potential ban from future events

Terms and Conditions
All attendees must be 21+ unless otherwise stated Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket or approved membership Memberships are subject to approval and may be revoked at any time at the discretion of Connected Circles LLC Tickets and memberships are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed Event details, including location and timing, may change at any time Failure to comply with rules or guidelines may result in removal without refund Connected Circles LLC reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone at its discretion

Refund Policy
All ticket and membership purchases are final and non-refundable unless an event is canceled by the organizer. In the event of a cancellation, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Connected Circles LLC. No refunds will be provided for failure to attend, removal due to rule violations, or denial of membership after application review.
