LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS
Connected Circles, LLC – The Devils Playground

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending The Devils Playground, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
**1. Assumption of Risk**
I understand that The Devils Playground is an adult, kink-friendly Halloween event taking place across multiple venues and may involve loud music, dancing, crowded conditions, flashing or strobe lighting, costumes, alcohol, late-night activities, and other conditions commonly associated with nightlife and social events.
I understand that certain optional kink demonstrations and tastings may be offered during the event, including activities such as rope suspension, flogging, impact play, single tails, fire-related demonstrations, and other similar activities. Participation in any demonstration, tasting, or activity is entirely voluntary.
I understand that these activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, burns, falls, rope-related injuries, physical discomfort, emotional discomfort, bodily injury, or other unexpected outcomes. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with observing or participating in these activities.
I understand that this is a kink-friendly event and may include adult themes, suggestive attire, physical demonstrations, and expressions of sexuality or kink. This is not a play party. I acknowledge that I am attending of my own free will and am responsible for establishing, communicating, and respecting my own personal boundaries.
I assume all risk of bodily injury, illness, property damage, loss, or theft that may occur as a result of my attendance or participation, including risks arising from dancing, interacting with other attendees, participating in activities, moving between event spaces, or consuming alcohol or other substances, legal or otherwise.
I understand that audio systems used during the event may create high sound pressure levels that may pose a risk to hearing.
**2. Release of Liability**
I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Connected Circles, LLC, Hart Soirées, event producers, event staff, performers, demonstration hosts, instructors, venue owners and operators, contractors, vendors, volunteers, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, injuries, or causes of action that may arise from my attendance or participation in The Devils Playground, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
This release includes risks associated with my voluntary participation in demonstrations, tastings, dancing, social activities, alcohol consumption, movement between venues, and other event-related activities.
**3. Consent, Conduct & Removal**
I agree to conduct myself respectfully and in accordance with Hart Soirées' standards of consent, communication, and respect.
I understand that consent must be freely given and may be withdrawn at any time. I agree to ask before touching another attendee, participating in an activity involving another person, or crossing another person's stated boundaries.
I understand that participation in any kink tasting, demonstration, or activity is always optional. I agree to follow all instructions given by event staff, demonstration hosts, performers, instructors, and venue personnel.
I will not engage in harassment, unwanted touching, coercion, intimidation, discriminatory behavior, violence, or other conduct that may make another attendee feel unsafe.
Connected Circles, LLC and event staff reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is considered unsafe, disruptive, non-consensual, discriminatory, excessively intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate.
No refund will be provided if I am refused entry or removed for violating event rules or standards of conduct.
**4. Privacy, Photography & Discretion**
I understand that The Devils Playground is an adult-oriented, kink-friendly event and that attendees may reasonably expect discretion regarding their attendance and participation.
I agree to respect the privacy of other attendees.
I will not photograph, record, livestream, or otherwise capture another attendee in identifiable photo, video, or audio content without their express permission.
I will not publicly identify another individual as having attended The Devils Playground or participated in Hart Soirées events without that individual's permission.
I understand that authorized event photographers or videographers may be present. I agree to follow any event-specific procedures regarding photography, designated photography areas, consent, or requests not to be photographed.
**5. Venue & Event Rules**
I understand that The Devils Playground takes place across Room Service Denver and MYNT Denver and that each venue may maintain its own rules and policies.
I agree to comply with all venue rules and instructions from venue personnel.
I understand that alcohol is permitted only within areas where it is legally authorized and permitted by the applicable venue. I agree not to bring or carry alcoholic beverages into alcohol-free areas of the event.
I understand that pasties are permitted but full nudity is not permitted under venue rules.
I understand that event hours, demonstrations, entertainment, performers, activities, and venue access may be modified, delayed, relocated, or discontinued at the discretion of the organizers or venues when reasonably necessary for safety, operational, legal, or other reasons.
**6. Alcohol, Substances & Personal Responsibility**
If I choose to consume alcohol or any other substance, I accept responsibility for my decisions and behavior.
I understand that intoxication does not excuse violations of another person's consent or boundaries.
I agree not to participate in any kink activity or demonstration if I am impaired to a degree that prevents me from safely participating, understanding instructions, communicating clearly, or providing informed consent.
Event staff, activity hosts, instructors, or venue personnel may refuse my participation in any activity if they believe I cannot participate safely.
**7. Health & Safety**
I understand that participation in nightlife events, dancing, kink demonstrations, and other physical activities may involve physical exertion.
I am responsible for determining whether I am physically capable of participating in any activity and for informing an activity host or instructor of any relevant limitations before participating.
I agree not to attend the event if I am experiencing symptoms of a communicable illness or otherwise believe my attendance could pose a meaningful health risk to other attendees.
If I experience an injury, medical issue, or unsafe situation, I agree to notify event staff or venue personnel as soon as reasonably possible.
**8. Voluntary Participation**
I understand that attendance at The Devils Playground and participation in all demonstrations, tastings, interactions, and activities are voluntary.
Purchasing a ticket does not require me to participate in any kink demonstration or physical activity.
I may decline or stop participating in an activity at any time.
I understand that participating in one activity or giving consent to one person does not constitute consent to any other activity, interaction, or person.
**9. Binding Agreement**
This waiver is intended to be interpreted broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
If any portion of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
I acknowledge that I have had an opportunity to review these terms before purchasing my ticket or attending the event.
**I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS WAIVER. BY PURCHASING A TICKET AND/OR ATTENDING THE DEVILS PLAYGROUND, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND ACCEPT THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH MY ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION.**

By purchasing a ticket to or attending The Devils Playground (the “Event”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) established by Connected Circles, LLC (“Organizer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read them carefully.
**1. Ticket Purchase & Entry**
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except as specifically provided in these Terms or as otherwise required by law.
Tickets may be transferred through the Multipass platform in accordance with applicable ticket transfer policies.
A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented upon entry. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older.
Admission is subject to compliance with these Terms, venue rules, event policies, and the Organizer's standards of conduct.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, excessively intoxicated, non-consensual, or otherwise inconsistent with the standards of the Event. Attendees refused entry or removed for violating Event policies will not be entitled to a refund.
**2. Event Venues & Access**
The Devils Playground will take place across Room Service Denver and MYNT Denver.
Attendees may be permitted to move between participating Event spaces during designated Event hours, subject to venue capacity, security requirements, applicable laws, and instructions from Event staff.
Each venue may maintain its own policies regarding alcohol, attire, prohibited items, safety, and conduct. By attending, you agree to comply with all applicable venue rules in addition to these Terms.
The Organizer may modify venue access, room availability, entrances, exits, or Event layouts when reasonably necessary for safety, operations, capacity, legal compliance, or other Event-related considerations.
**3. Dress Code, Theme & Attire**
The Devils Playground is an adult, Halloween-themed, kink-friendly event.
Attendees are encouraged to dress creatively and expressively while remaining respectful of venue requirements and applicable laws.
Pasties are permitted under current venue rules. Full nudity is not permitted.
The Organizer and venue operators reserve the right to require modification of attire that violates venue rules, applicable law, safety requirements, or Event policies.
**4. Consent & Code of Conduct**
The Devils Playground is a consent-based and inclusive environment.
Consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and may be withdrawn at any time. Attendees must obtain consent before touching another person, participating in an activity involving another person, or engaging in conduct that may reasonably affect another person's physical boundaries.
Consent to one activity does not constitute consent to another activity. Consent given to one person does not constitute consent to anyone else.
Harassment, unwanted touching, coercion, intimidation, discriminatory behavior, violence, stalking, threats, or other non-consensual conduct will not be tolerated.
Attendees agree to respect the boundaries of others and comply with reasonable instructions from Event staff, security personnel, activity hosts, performers, instructors, and venue personnel.
Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and may result in exclusion from future Hart Soirées or Connected Circles, LLC events.
**5. Kink Tastings, Demonstrations & Activities**
The Event may offer optional kink demonstrations, tastings, educational experiences, or interactive activities, which may include rope suspension, flogging, impact play, single tails, fire-related demonstrations, and other similar activities.
Participation in these activities is entirely voluntary.
Purchasing a ticket does not require participation in any demonstration or activity.
Attendees participating in an activity agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the applicable host, performer, instructor, or Event staff member.
Activity hosts and Event staff reserve the right to refuse or discontinue an attendee's participation in any activity if they believe participation would be unsafe or inappropriate.
Attendees may stop participating in any activity at any time.
**6. Alcohol, Substances & Safety**
Alcohol may be available in designated areas of the Event where permitted by the applicable venue and law.
Attendees are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly.
Alcohol may not be brought into or consumed within any area designated as alcohol-free.
Illegal drug use, possession, or distribution is prohibited.
Intoxication does not excuse violations of another person's consent, boundaries, Event policies, venue rules, or applicable law.
The Organizer, venue staff, security personnel, and activity hosts may refuse service, participation, or continued admission to an attendee who appears excessively intoxicated, impaired, unsafe, or unable to provide informed consent.
Attendees acknowledge that the Event may involve loud music, flashing or strobe lighting, crowded conditions, dancing, physical activity, costumes, late-night activity, and other risks commonly associated with nightlife and live events.
**7. Assumption of Risk & Medical Responsibility**
Attendance and participation are voluntary.
You acknowledge that attending a nightlife and kink-friendly event may involve inherent risks, including physical injury, illness, falls, hearing damage, bruising, burns, rope-related injury, physical or emotional discomfort, interactions with other attendees, or other unexpected outcomes.
You are responsible for determining whether you are physically and mentally able to safely participate in any Event activity.
You agree to disclose any relevant physical limitations to an activity host or instructor before participating when necessary for your safety.
If you experience an injury, medical issue, or unsafe situation, you should notify Event staff or venue personnel as soon as reasonably possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, attendance and participation are at your own risk and are subject to the separate Liability Waiver & Release of Claims applicable to the Event.
**8. Photography, Media & Attendee Privacy**
The Event may be photographed or recorded by authorized photographers, videographers, performers, staff, or media partners.
Because The Devils Playground is an adult-oriented and kink-friendly environment, attendee privacy and discretion are important.
Attendees may not photograph, record, livestream, or otherwise capture identifiable images, video, or audio of another attendee without that person's express permission.
Attendees may not publicly identify another person as having attended The Devils Playground or another Hart Soirées event without that individual's permission.
If you do not wish to appear in authorized Event photography or video, you should notify Event staff upon arrival and follow any procedures established for identifying attendees who prefer not to be photographed.
While reasonable efforts may be made to honor such requests, the Organizer cannot guarantee that an attendee will never appear incidentally or unintentionally in background or crowd imagery.
By knowingly posing for, participating in, or consenting to an authorized photograph or recording, you authorize Connected Circles, LLC and Hart Soirées to use that content for Event documentation, marketing, social media, promotional materials, and related purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
**9. Event Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure**
Event programming, performers, demonstrations, activities, schedules, venue spaces, and other Event elements are subject to change.
The Organizer may make reasonable modifications due to safety concerns, venue requirements, staffing issues, legal requirements, operational considerations, weather, emergencies, or other circumstances.
If the Event is canceled by the Organizer and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund or other remedy as determined by the Organizer and applicable law.
If circumstances beyond the Organizer's reasonable control prevent or materially affect the Event, including natural disasters, severe weather, government action, venue closure, public health emergencies, utility failures, acts of terrorism, civil disturbance, or similar circumstances, the Organizer may postpone, relocate, reschedule, modify, or cancel the Event.
Where permitted by law, the Organizer may offer admission to a rescheduled Event or credit toward a future Event instead of a cash refund
